Renee Hembree

Renee is one of our front office specialists and works primarily in the Bryson City clinic.

Renee' O'Connor-Hembree received her "Native Spanish Language Studies"  diploma  in 2001, during a short-term residency in Aguascalientes,Mexico as student of a Latin-American training institute.  In 2015, she obtained her certification in Bilingual Medical Terminology at Greenville Technical College in South Carolina.  Her experience in secretarial employment, care-giving for the elderly, and as elementary and high school educator, has provided a helpful background for her current position as Front Desk Specialist in our Bryson City location.  However, more than any accomplishment,  it is  primarily her heart to communicate a special  and well-meaning care for all who become acquainted with Smoky Mountain Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy.  She enjoys specific extracurricular activities including horseback riding, bike riding, road trips, crafting, decorating, and healthy friendships.
