Monthly Parkinson's Support Group coming soon!

In time for Parkinson's awareness month SMSMPT will be hosting our first Parkinson's support group meeting on April 16th at 1:00pm. This group is for current patients, caregivers, and others in the community that are looking for a comfortable place to talk about their current issues and tactics they use daily in their fight against PD.

We will be planning on hosting these support groups on the 3rd Wednesday of each month throughout the year. 

Our first meeting will be a meet and greet with an open discussion on issues pertaining to PD. Information topics for further meetings can be discussed at each meeting so that information can be researched and presented to help each individual.
